Consultation Fees
- Dr. Consults: $150 + HST
- Other Consults: $75 + HST
Note: Surgical consult fees are deducted from your procedure total if you move forward (not applicable to minor procedures).
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Missed or late-cancelled appointments may incur a fee between $60 – $100 + HST.
Payment Options

For surgical procedures:
- Deposits UP TO $4,000.00 may be paid by card.
- Remaining balances must be paid via money order, certified cheque, Interac e-transfer, or cash.
