We will contact you promptly to arrange for a consultation date and time that fits your schedule. During the consultation, you will meet with Dr. Sleightholm and a surgical consultant. With their assistance, you will determine if having a procedure is right for you, and precisely what outcome will be achieved.

Please keep in mind that there will be a $100+HST fee charged for surgical consults and a $80+HST fee for minor surgical consults. Surgical consult fees are deducted from the cost of your surgery should you decide to proceed (this does not apply to minor procedures).

Please note that medspa consultations are complimentary.

*Cancellation/No Show Fee – We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment, or a $60.00 – $100.00+HST fee will be charged.
