ProFractional Laser Skin Treatments

What Conditions Can ProFractional Laser Skin Treatments Address?

ProFractonal Laser treatments drastically improve the overall tone and texture of your skin, targeting:

  • Wrinkles and fine lines
  • Age spots
  • Freckles
  • Sun damage
  • Scars (surgical, trauma, and injury)
  • Acne scars

ProFractional Laser therapies are also used to treat acne- and injury-related scars.

How Are ProFractional Laser Skin Treatments Done?

The procedure is performed in our clinic by a professional registered nurse who is trained to customize this laser treatment for each client’s specific needs. ProFractional treats all skin types and is typically performed when the client has made room for 2-3 days of social downtime.

It treats your face by using a tiny laser beam on pinpoint areas of your skin. Surrounding tissue will promote rapid healing through your natural wound-healing response, creating new collagen to add firmness and resilience to the skin.

ProFractional therapy is usually tolerated with the use of a topical numbing cream.

What Can I Expect after My Treatment?

Immediately after the procedure, you may experience mild redness and a sunburn-like sensation. There will likely be some swelling after the procedure that will subside within several days. Complete healing typically occurs within a few days, and most patients feel comfortable enough to get back to work and apply makeup a day or two after treatment.

Your skin will be particularly sensitive to sunlight after your procedure, which is why you must minimize sun exposure and always use sunscreen. Our skin health consultant will advise you on specific after-treatment care recommendations.

As your skin heals, you may notice a general tightening effect. However, the true benefit of ProFractional is the collagen remodelling that occurs typically four to six months after treatment.

MicroLaserPeel

What Conditions Can MicroLaserPeels Treat?

A MicroLaserPeel can treat a range of side effects associated with sun damage and aging including:

  • Wrinkles
  • Loss of tone and texture
  • Superficial sun damage
  • Superficial acne scars
  • Dull skin

After MicroLaserPeel treatments, patients can expect skin to be smoother, tighter, and overall healthier.

How Are MicroLaserPeels Done?

A MicroLaserPeel uses a laser beam to remove a thin layer of damaged skin, improving texture and creating a more youthful appearance.

It provides noticeable results because it can be administered with high precision and great depth. The treatment is also tailored to your specific skin conditions to give you the outcome you desire.

What Can I Expect after My Treatment?

The MicroLaserPeel healing process varies by patient and procedure extensiveness.

Patients can return to work and perform daily activities once healing has completed, which often takes less than a week. However, minor redness and itchiness may persist for longer. Make sure you continue to apply sunscreen daily and follow the specific after-treatment care recommendations your skin health consultant provides.

NanoLaserPeel

What Conditions Can NanoLaserPeels Treat?

A NanoLaserPeel uses a targeted laser beam to remove a thin layer of old, damaged tissue, and imperfections, and brightening skin while making it look young again. It is more effective than other skin treatments – primarily microdermabrasion – by up to 10 times. A NanoLaserPeel is able to go deeper, delivering more dramatic results.

Before a NanoLaserPeel, patients often have:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Tone and texture issues
  • Acne damage and scarring
  • Superficial discolouration (which can be caused by factors like sun exposure)
  • Other skin imperfections (like Keratosis)

A NanoLaserPeel encourages the regrowth of healthy skin cells, resulting in youthful-looking skin.

How Are NanoLaserPeels Done?

Our experienced skincare professionals will oversee this non-invasive procedure to ensure your comfort at every step.

During each treatment session, your skincare professional will position the laser hand piece above the treatment area, holding it in place as the computer-guided scanner proceeds to move the laser beam across the treatment area. Your eyes will be protected with safety lenses.

Treatments are quick and comfortable, and sessions can be completed in as few as five minutes depending on the areas being treated

What Can I Expect after My Treatment?

Patients often have slight redness and flaking, but those effects will subside within 1-2 days to reveal fresh, luminous skin.

You can return to work and resume day-to-day activities whenever you feel comfortable to do so. You should continue to apply sunscreen daily and follow the specific after-treatment care recommendations your skin health consultant provides.

SkinTyte Skin Treatment

Promotion:

Face & Neck SkinTyte Package of 4 Treatments — click here for details.

What Conditions Can SkinTyte Treatments Address?

SkinTyte treatment is ideal for those looking to improve skin elasticity and promote collagen production on the face and neck. Patients can expect a variety of noticeable results after SkinTyte treatments, such as:

  • Smoother skin
  • Less-prominent wrinkles
  • Increased jawline definition
  • Reduced visibility of cellulite and stretch
  • Improved skin elasticity

These results vary and largely depend on the targeted area and number of treatments.

How Are SkinTyte Treatments Done?

A procedure to tighten skin and make it appear healthier in the process, SkinTyte is based on the principle of selective thermolysis. It administers energy pulses (infrared energy) to heat targeted skin while cooling and protecting the area’s entire surface, promoting the creation of collagen and leading to increased skin firmness.

This cooling method helps ensure SkinTyte is both safe and comfortable. Patients can feel the cooling before, during, and after each energy pulse.

A series of three to six treatments, performed about three weeks apart, is normal. However, treatment frequency varies by patient.

What Can I Expect after My Treatment?

Patients can resume normal activities, and return to work, minutes after a SkinTyte treatment session.

You must simply wait for mild redness to decrease. We also recommend protecting the treated areas from direct sun exposure. Try to keep them covered, or use sunscreen.
